I am a retired Chartered Accountant who has lived in Bolehall since 1986. I have served as a Labour councillor since 1998.
I believe that communities are strongest when people work together for the benefit of their areas. It is the job of councillors to speak out clearly on behalf of the people they represent and be available to them, which I always try to do.
It is not sufficient to simply oppose what the Conservatives are doing. We must also plan for the future to ensure that our children and grandchildren live in a clean, safe and prosperous town, where we can all have the security of a home and afford to fully participate in our town.
